If for some reason you want expedited service, please choose standard and email hello@sabu.store, and we 'll help expedite the same order for a reasonable expedited cost.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER ?

Standard Shipping : Orders being shipped via Standard shipping methods may be delivered within eight business days of the order being completed and processed.

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If your order is not shipped immediately, don't worry ! We'll make sure you get your order within the timeframe selected at checkout, and we'll cover the tab to upgrade shipping if it's necessary.

Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or National holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM PST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO.Boxes.

Since all of our products are handmade in small batches, occasionally items have a delayed shipping date. You'll see this on the product page, and we'll remind you again in your order confirmation email. 

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE ?

To find out the location of your package, take a look at the tracking info that was emailed to you. Just a reminder that this email will be separate  from your order confirmation email, so do not miss it !

If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your package, you can contact the carrier directly. 

HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER ? 

If your items are in-stock and ready to ship, we'll happily expedite your order with Expedited or Express Delivery.  To see how much your order will cost to expedite, just choose expedited or express shipping at checkout, and the amount will automatically update. 

Heads up that orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM PT on weekdays, will not ship until the next business day. So, with two-day delivery, an order placed on Saturday would ship out on Monday and arrive Wednesday.
