RETURN POLICY

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from sabu.store, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will provide a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment. You could either ship us back with your own carrier on your expense or email us for the return shipping labels for discounted shipping price.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, but are discounted rates, which will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days from the time the return is received in our facility.

Please complete and detach the SABU Return Form included in the package and include it inside your return package.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. 

REFUNDS?

Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.

 HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?

All of our products are made in small batches, so to make sure the item you'd like to purchase is in stock, we recommend that you place your order before you return your original purchase. Then just follow our quick return process and you 'll be set. 

As a reminder, you can return any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
